Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between High Range Living ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

• Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Taxes and Fees: Prices exclude applicable sales tax or other charges unless otherwise noted.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

• PayPal

2.3 Payment Due Date

• One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at the time of order.

• Subscriptions: Currently, High Range Living does not offer subscriptions. If this changes, terms will be updated accordingly.

3. Invoicing

• Invoice Issuance: Invoices are generated upon order confirmation.

• Delivery Method: Sent electronically via email.

• Customer Responsibility: You must ensure all billing details are accurate and current.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

A late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law will apply to overdue balances.

4.2 Suspension of Services

Orders may be canceled or withheld if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

5. Disputed Charges

• Disputes must be submitted in writing to hello@highrangeliving.com within 15 days of the invoice date.

• Include your order number and details.

• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 60 days.

7. Taxes

• Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.

• Valid exemption certificates must be submitted at checkout if applicable.

8. Billing Errors

We will correct billing errors promptly. Overcharges will be refunded; undercharges will be invoiced.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Currently not applicable. This section will be updated if recurring billing is introduced.

10. Payment Security

• All payment data is handled securely via Stripe and/or PayPal.

• We do not store credit card information on our servers.

• SSL encryption is used for all transactions.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to https://highrangeliving.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Louis, MO.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and High Range Living regarding billing.
